These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MenuMeet's platform, website, and services. By signing up, using the platform, or proceeding past the demo stage, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About MenuMeet
MenuMeet provides a WhatsApp AI assistant platform for hospitality venues. We connect to your WhatsApp Business number via the official Meta WhatsApp Business API and provide AI-powered guest chat, reservation handling, menu sharing, broadcast campaigns, and a live inbox — all from one admin panel.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your business to use MenuMeet. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Account & Access
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your admin panel login credentials
- You must not share your account with third parties not authorised by your business
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
- MenuMeet reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms
4. Plans & Pricing
MenuMeet offers three subscription tiers — Standard, Pro, and Enterprise — billed monthly or annually. All prices are per venue location. Current pricing is displayed at menumeet.com/#pricing.
- Standard ($100/mo) — Full setup, self-managed by the venue
- Pro ($150/mo) — Includes ongoing support and content updates
- Enterprise ($250/mo) — Full customisation with a dedicated team member
Annual billing saves approximately 5–8% depending on the plan. Multi-location pricing is available — contact us for a tailored quote.
5. Free Trial
All plans include a 15-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin the trial. After 15 days, you will be asked to choose a paid plan to continue. If you do not upgrade, your account will be paused and data retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
6. Billing & Payment
- Subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period
- Payments are processed securely by our payment provider
- Failed payments will result in a retry; persistent failures may lead to service suspension
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
- No refunds are issued for partial months unless required by applicable law
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the admin panel or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. No cancellation fees apply. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MenuMeet to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates Meta's WhatsApp Business policies
- Transmit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
- Resell or sublicense MenuMeet services without written permission
- Use the platform for purposes unrelated to your registered hospitality venue
Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
9. WhatsApp & Meta Compliance
MenuMeet operates through the official Meta WhatsApp Business API. You agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta's Platform Terms. MenuMeet cannot be held liable for changes to Meta's platform, API terms, or WhatsApp's policies that affect service delivery.
10. Intellectual Property
MenuMeet retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, software, and branding. You retain ownership of the content you upload (menus, venue descriptions, etc.). By uploading content to MenuMeet, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that content solely to provide the service.
11. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. MenuMeet is not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Meta, AI providers, hosting infrastructure).
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MenuMeet's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. MenuMeet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MenuMeet harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or your content.
14. Termination by MenuMeet
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. In such cases, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which MenuMeet operates.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers with at least 14 days' notice.
