From Venue Owners (Customers)
- Name, email address, and business contact details provided during onboarding or demo booking
- WhatsApp Business number and Meta Business Manager access credentials
- Menu content, business hours, venue descriptions, and FAQs you upload to configure the bot

From End Guests (via WhatsApp)
- WhatsApp phone number and display name
- Message content within conversations with the AI bot
- Reservation details: name, date, time, party size, dietary requirements
